These Terms of Service govern your use of shop.magendoo.ro and the purchase of services from Magendoo Interactive SRL, a company registered in Romania (VAT: RO28155293), with registered office in Bucharest, Romania.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. Services

Magendoo sells professional services related to open-source Magento 2 extensions: installation, extended support, and custom test suites. The extensions themselves are MIT-licensed and provided free of charge via GitHub.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied at checkout in accordance with applicable EU rules. Magendoo reserves the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are described on the delivery information page. Magendoo will use reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines, but they are estimates rather than guarantees.

5. Refunds & Cancellation

Our returns and refund policy forms part of these terms. EU consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from purchase, subject to the conditions described in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The open-source extensions are licensed under the MIT licence. All other content on this website — including text, graphics, and branding — is the property of Magendoo Interactive SRL. Custom deliverables (e.g. a Playwright test suite) become your property upon full payment.

7. Warranties & Liability

Professional services are performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Magendoo's total liability arising from any order is capped at the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information exchanged during the performance of services. This obligation survives termination of the relationship.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.

10. Changes to Terms

Magendoo may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this website. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
