How do I return an item?
Log in to your account, go to Order History, select the order, and click "Return Items". You will receive a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Currently, we process exchanges as a return and new order. Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement.
